Baltimore Oliver Community Association, BOCA formerly Oliver Community Association, OCA, has relocated its monthly community meetings from the Oliver Multipurpose Center to the new Sojourner Place at Oliver facility at 1202 E. Preston Street at the corner of Harford Avenue and E. Preston Street. The first meeting of the year in January started off without a hitch, and took place at the new residential building. This was an in-person only meeting. Pam Moore, the president of the association, presented the Impact Report for the Historic Oliver Community.
The report highlighted various projects and improvements made in the Historic Oliver Community from 2018 thru 2022. The Impact Report may be found here. The report includes accomplishments of various partners in the community that included Oliver Action Team OAT, Baltimore Oliver Community Association BOCA, BUILD, Oliver Beautification Alliance, ReBuild Metro, The 6th Branch, residents, friends and funders.
At this meeting, It was announced that BOCA would start having their quarterly Development meetings in February. The next Historic Oliver Community Quarterly Development Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 18th, at 6:30 -8pm, in-person only. This meeting will highlight various development projects happening in the community.

Baltimore Oliver Community Association community meetings are held on the third Thursday of every month, 7-8pm. The quarterly Development meetings are held quarterly on the third Thursday, in lieu of the community meeting that month, but starts at 6:30pm. (see flier above).
