The firm Gensler, an internationally renowned firm, was hired to work with the community to create the strategic plan for Historic Oliver. They have or are working on various projects in Baltimore such as the Impact Hub, Under Armour Global HQ, M&T Bank Stadium, Baltimore Penn Station Lanvale Expansion, Baltimore Inner Harbor new development master plan, and more.
