National Great Blacks in Wax Museum

biwThe National Great Blacks in Wax Museum was established in 1983 and relocated to Oliver in 1985 from Saratoga Street, when it could no longer accommodate the large number of visitors to the museum. It is an iconic institution that attracts nearly 150,000 visitors every year from around the country.

At present, the National Great Blacks in Wax Museum is undergoing a $75 million overhaul and expansion that is expected to attract more than 500,000 visitors per year!

The National Great Blacks in Wax Museum is right here in Oliver. If it’s been a while since you last visited, it might be time to take another look.
