There is a proposal for a crematory on the table. Steven Allen gave a presentation to the board and a few Oliver residents on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 expressing that he would like to open up a crematory in Oliver. He has not purchased the property yet, but has approached Robert Stokes, who directed him to the Oliver Community Association. What are you thoughts?
Bethel Street Playscape
The Bethel Street Playscape is a green space in Oliver that is being re-visioned to become a multi-functional space for Oliver residents that will have seating, a walking path, an open grassy area for movie nights and more! These projects, developers assert, will help increase property values and energize the community. Also, that increased population can have positive impacts.
